The signature of an American icon and entrepreneur, Samuel Colt. Pulled from an archival letter is our founders actual signature in all its glory.  Sam Colt was a larger than life character inventor, salesman and even a manufacturing genius...he became the richest man in America due to his use of interchangeable parts within the Colt factory (60+ years ahead of Henry Ford who is generally credited with this innovation).

The back graphic features the company brand mark and year of establishment. This grey shirt has a "sun faded" effect to give a vintage feel to the garment. The Colt signature t-shirt in sun-faded grey made from soft American cotton, made in the USA. Screen printed by hand.

    In an ode to Colts tremendous history in the Old West we have added an element of vintage in the collection. For the t-shirts and sweatshirts we are offering base colors with a “sunfaded” distressing finished by hand. Executed to perfection in California these garments are unique and have a vintage look and feel.

Sam Colt was one of the first in the world to recognize the power of the brand name and from the early days of his endeavor used the Colt name and image in revolutionary ways. A four-headed colt motif can be seen inlaid on some of the earliest arms that were produced in Col. Colts first factory in Patterson New Jersey.
